ABOUT ME

DEL-19.JPG

Delaney is a singer, dancer, and actor born in Los Angeles and raised in North Georgia. She began singing and accompanying herself on the piano at the age of 10. In her free time, she works on writing her own music, choreographing, going to the practice rooms, and cultivating her piano skills.

Delaney received her BFA in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati CCM in 2023. During the Pandemic, while the theatre was non-essential, Delaney switched her focus to studying human relations and how the brain works. She has found that her connections on and off the stage have grown immensely. When Delaney is not on the stage, she can be found hiking, playing guitar, watching reality tv, and winning board games.

At CCM, some of her favorite credits include Celeste #1 in Sunday In The Park With George, Dance Captain/Ensemble in Something Rotten, Understudy for all women in Once, Swing in 42nd Street. Elsewhere: Kathy Selden in Singin' In The Rain with The Carnegie (Covington, Kentucky), Gabrielle in Cinderella with the Red Mountain Theatre Co. (Birmingham, Alabama), Lucy Van Pelt in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown and Phoebe D’ysquith in A Gentleman’s Guide To Love And Murder with Starlight Theatre (Rockford, Illinois), Director of The Wolves with the Mosaic Theatre Ensemble, Soloist with the Utah Symphony Orchestra.
